4 steps to become the person you want to be by changing your habits:
20 year goal:
Write down who you want to be in 20 years, try to be as specific as possible
5 year goal:
Write down how you would need to act and what your day to day behaviour would have to look like in 5 years in order for you to achieve your 20 year goal
1 year goal:
Choose 5 habits that you need to either build or break in the next year in order for you to come closer to your 5 year goal.
10 week goal:
For maximum results, choose one of those 5 habits to build within the next 10 weeks. We want to start with building a habit to get you familiar with the process, before we start breaking bad habits.
